"We decided to move from Noe Valley down to Palo Alto and selected Nick Granoski as our realtor after interviewing several people at different firms. We noticed a “coming soon” sign in front of a home in Downtown Palo Alto and contacted Nick about the property. In spite of having a vacation scheduled to start the next day, Nick jumped into action.
The house wasn’t on the MLS yet, but Nick tracked down the sellers and got us in for a private showing. The listing agent was trying to pick up both sides of the deal, and was not being very cooperative. Ignoring his objections, Nick moved forward and helped us understand the history of the property, relevant comps and put forward a strong offer at a reasonable price. Over the next few days while Nick was supposed to be on vacation, there was a flurry of offers, counteroffers and negotiation.
